Meet Better Than You, our mascot!
BTY is a paranoid purple elephant that follows Mads around and stares at everyone without blinking. Please treat him with respect while he cheers us on wordlessly!
Appearance: Bella is a stunning long haired English Setter, with a ling two inch long very fine flowing black and white coat that perfectly outlines her slim form. She has a long pointed muzzle, with normally set intense violet eyes, that give her fave a more distinguished look. Her medium length claws and teeth help her in battle, but her strong legs give her speed, jumping power and agility. She has a slight build, and although her small, narrow paws would be no help in snow, they are great for running, and she is FAST. She keeps her claws as short as she can, to help her speed. Her whiskers are long and silky, a great characteristic or her pointing breed.
Personality: Bella is a great, friendly dog, with lots of spunk. She is a great little comedian, and always has a great comeback on hand. She is never self conscious, and loves to make everybody laugh. She enjoys setting out on quests or adventures, and loves her life as well. She is afraid of humans, but more accepting of all other dogs, and will annoy or tease whatever living thing she isn't too afraid of, which includes chasing random birds and her tail. With Fog, it's impossible to let her down. For her soul and spirit are just too bright to have any kind of shadow, sorrow, or downcast thing set anywhere near it. Even though she loves playing tricks and joking around, she has a more mysterious side, as she has information that her parents, who she never knew, could be alive somewhere in the city. After being thrown out by her original family, she was more quiet and refined. Her confidence and self-perseverance were greatly damaged by the experience, but slowly, with the help of her friends, she is building it back. When seen, she always seems to have a smile on her face, but be warned, if you get involved in this dog's life, your in for a pretty wild ride!
History: Bella once had a happy home, living with her two-legger, Sandy and her parents. Bella was a birthday gift for 16 year old Sandy, and she loved her. The first year passed, and they were inseparable. They were stuck together like glue. Sandy's parents on the other hand, hated the little purple-eyed fur ball. To them she was cute when she was a bouncy little puppy, but as she got older and bigger, they disliked her more and more, so when it came the time for Sandy to do to college, the parents said their goodbyes to their daughter, and almost immediately took Bella out. They drove her downtown, and tied her to a lamp post. They drove away, and upon the return of their daughter for Christmas, they told her Bella had ran away... She was devastated of course, and if it had not been for her parents buying her her very own sweet little kitten, she would have been lost. And so her fate was decided, and Bella was a stray. Wet, cold, exhausted, and alone, she was forced to find her own way in the lonely city streets of Paris. For many long nights she wondered the streets, eating whatever she could find, garbage, dead animals, you name it. She grew used to hearing no voices, only the sounds of the city around her, and grew very very afraid of any human contact. Even at the Boulengerie, when they saw the skinny black and white dog slinking past, they threw delicious smelling bread and juicy slices of pepperoni, she would not touch it. She hid from the city dogs, for fear that they would turn against her, and lived in solitude for six long cold months. Until she finally spoke up...

:: THE ROLE PLAYER ::
RP example:A chilly north wind tugged at the dark brown ears of a wandering lab. Demitri had slipped away from his new pups and their mother that morning to think. As he wandered the outskirts of the town, at the edge of the human garbage mountain lay a small field, and it was here Demitri lay. Dark clouds gathered overhead, and he smelled the distinct sharp pang of lightning. A booming echo of thunder rolled across the sky. A storm was coming. His dark eyebrows pulled together as he thought of his pups and Sakura. This would be the pup's first storm. Demitri rose, and turned west, towards his den in the park. Suddenly, a sharp scent hit his nose. Like lightning, but more metallic. He pointed his nose at the ever-darkening sky, and in the corner of his eye, caught a flash of silver. And then he saw it. A huge pointed arrowhead falling from the sky. Headed directly for the center of the city. Panic flashed to his mind, and he started running. The fear crept through his body as the air turned to stone, and a deafening whistling noise split the air. Demitri ground his teeth until he tasted blood, but kept running. The adrenaline would keep him going, and with a powerful thrust of his hind legs, he sent himself forward with new speed. Abruptly, the white noise stopped. and then... BOOOOOOOOOOM! An explosion in the center of the city. He saw the orange flicker of flames, the black smoke rising. It started to rain, and with the rain came something so horrible, Demitri almost collapsed in shocked horror. The Silence. No noise as he entered the city center. Nothing. No thunder, no wind, only nothingness. And then he smelt something else among the burned asphalt and metallic smoke. A scent coming from what he had thought was smoke. But instead of the charcoal and fire smell, this strange fog smelt sickly sweet. As soon as he smelt it, he felt different. He was no longer Demitri. No longer in his body. He was dying. He watched as his unconscious body dropped to the ground. Barley breathing, he prayed for he prayed he would be left to die, because if any dog breathed this poisonous air, they would fall where they stood.
