Rules.

So, I'm sure most of everyone reading this have probably been briefed on the general rules of role playing with others already, but I'm still going to ask you to at least skim through this, because I'm sure there are a few things you might have never seen before. For people who are new to role playing forums, I suggest thoroughly reading through this.

OOC Rules

• Don't hate on people just because they may have an unfriendly character, okay? Because just because they have the talent to role play a mean character, doesn't mean they themselves are anything like the character . Most of the people who roleplay on forums are really nice.
  
  
• If someone is acting rudely towards you, don't start throwing insults back at them. I think a better revenge would be to get their account deleted, don't you think? If someone is reporting you for treating them unfairly, there are no warning. This right here is your warning. So just don't okay? Internet rage is so stupid, it shouldn't even be acknowledged.
  
  
• Keep swearing at a semi-minimal. Some people might now be comfortable with it, and I'm sure you can find another way 'express your opinion.' You can swear in IC, but just don't go overboard, 'kay?
  
  
• If we happen to be talking about something that's sort of controversial or whatever, and someone disagrees with your opinion, please don't force you opinion on them. Go ahead and tell them that you believe otherwise, and here's why, but don't try to convince them out of what they're thinking. Unless they're saying that puppies aren't cute. then they will be banned Jk. See? I'm not that mean and stiff. I still have a sense of humor, even if it isn't very good.
  
  
• Respect the staff, and we we'll respect you, okay? Listen to what we say, and don't be spiteful, or you will get a warning. It's as simple as that. Understood? -stern look-
  
  
• If we spell something wrong, you don't have to alert us in a reply, we probably already noticed and are too lazy to correct it But you should try to use your best correct grammar and spelling. If you aren't good at either of these things, just spin over it when you finish. there's even a spell checker. It's there for a reason you know.
  
  

If I feel the need to add anything, I'll just throw it in here, so if anythng happens on the site that's of big significance, I suggest coming back every few months and checking over it.

IC Rules

• Italic thoughts.
  
  
• Bold speech.
  
  
• Your character MUST be a dog- a stray dog. This is a stray dog RP, so I don't want to see anyone making bios for their pet cat, or wild wolf, or anything like that. And no pet dogs, either. Just strays, okay?
  
  
• Don't power play. This means controlling another person's character for your own character's benefit. If you and another member are about to role play a big fight, please discuss the damages via PM before you go through with it to avoid confusion and sort out who will deal what type of blow, and who will come out as the winner.
  
  
• No god-modding. This means no making your character invincible, and super strong. You can't have the most beautiful girl ever, with the best voice in the world, and the kindest personality ever, and all the boys like her. Be realistic, please. It's true they all have heightened senses, but this doesn't mean they're invincible to poison, or have hyper-active healing. The effects are the same as real life if your character is stabbed, got it?
  
  
• n0 Ch@t $P3@k! I don't know what you're saying, and chances are, no one else does either. this is an intermediate-advanced role playing site, so try to make a little bit of sense, okay?

Warnings

Warnings can be distributed and/or your account may be deleted for the following reasons:

• You have been treating one of the other members with disrespect or just generally unfairly.
  
  
• I also DO NOT tolerate prejudice of any sort. That means I don't want to here anything against gay people (homophobia), people who respond to a certain religion, racism, sexism, nothing. I swear, you'll be gone before you can even put a period at the end of your sentence. Zero tolerance.
  
  
• You may have been breaking one of the rules such as god-modding your character.
  

If you feel you've been unfairly given a warning or something, then please contact me or Lune via PM, and we'll work it out.

I probably won't just smack a warning on you and scurry off, I'll tell you that you've been breaking this rule[s], and if it becomes a repeated offense, you'll receive a warning or even eventually banned. I don't like doing stuff like that, but that's why i'm writing this boring rules thread. So respect it please.

Formatting

Well, in IC threads, you can go ahead and blockquote your post once, or even twice, but no more than that.

Blockquoting makes it so that the edges of your post are cut neatly, and it also shrinks the amount of space your writing has like this. It even makes your post look longer Lol. Here's the code:

I'm also going to ask you not ton change the colors of text in IC posts due to the fact that there are a whole bunch of different colors that could be used in future skins and some just either won't go or blend in.
